About
Namaste!
I’m Meghna, a GPhC Registered Pharmacist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner, passionate about holistic healing and bridging the best of both worlds – modern pharmacy and the timeless knowledge of Ayurveda.
My journey to healthcare began as a clinical pharmacist where I developed a deep insight into how medicines work and disease management through evidence-based practice. However, exploring the teachings of Ayurveda enriched my understanding of holistic healing and it opened my eyes (and my heart) to another more enlightening approach to healthcare. This sparked something in me to want to keep learning further and to share the beauty and wisdom of Ayurveda.
I offer a unique and holistic approach to healthcare that appreciates the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I am deeply committed to supporting you throughout your wellness journey to cultivate vitality and balance.
You will be guided on a path to achieve a sense of lightness and peace in the mind and body. Whether you are struggling with a specific health condition, wanting to feel more energised or simply curious about incorporating Ayurveda into your life, I am here to guide you.
You will feel healthy, energised, more connected to yourself which ultimately allows you to promote longevity and thrive in this modern-day world.
My Mission
My mission is to empower individuals to achieve optimal health through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Through this, I aim to guide you on a personal journey of healing and self-discovery with the goal of promoting balance, vitality and harmony. I am committed to supporting you to create a blissful life that allows you to live life to the fullest.
We are constantly making choices and each one can affect us in one way or another. According to Ayurveda, optimal health is a state of balance and the choices we make daily with regards to every aspect of life can be balancing or unbalancing. I strive to educate and inspire you to make choices that are aligned to you to allow you to shine.
Together, we can embark on this journey of transformation to awaken your true potential and be the best version of you radiating energy and vitality.
My Journey
Soon into my career as a Clinical Pharmacist working in an NHS Hospital, I knew there was something missing. It was not as fulfilling as I anticipated. Western Medicine has enormous benefits and many life-saving medications, however there was not much focus on prevention. At times, I felt like symptoms were being treated, but the root cause was not being addressed. I often felt helpless – especially at the stage where a diagnosis has not yet been made but a patient just doesn’t feel right.
This is what sparked my passion for preventative health and it encouraged me to seek further into treatment modalities that address the root cause and focus on prevention. During this time I discovered Ayurveda – the science of longevity.
Additionally, since growing up in an Indian family, certain Ayurvedic principles were a way of living. I was exposed to some Ayurvedic principles and remedies which evoked a desire in me to understand the knowledge behind it.
I was keen to explore Ayurveda and Eastern Medicine in the goal of being able to take the best from both worlds and combine my knowledge to help people feel happy, healthy and balanced.
